A Quick Note on Voting
Membership is open to all individuals and businesses who support the vision and purpose of EDo. We believe a successful, vibrant, walkable urban environment requires active wide-scale community support and participation!
That said, EDo is organized as a Neighborhood Association. This means that voting at Annual Meetings or other Special Members Meetings is limited to individuals and businesses that live and/or operate business within EDo.
Non-Voting or Associate Members (individuals and businesses) exercise their support by actively participating in monthly meetings and events, contributing financially to community development work in EDo, and at times by serving on the EDo Board of Directors. For reference, about half of our current Board are actually non-voting members!
